Looking back at my memories, I found that the society has labels for everything. In the photos, I visualise the different labels i have experienced. After some time, these labels have evolved into flat and unemotional images that continually repeat in my mind. These are just how others perceive me, just like anything in 2D images, there are more dimension to be discover.
T(in)y is a series about "(In)visible (In)dividuals" in our community. They are all this small little parts among us to keep the community together, yet we have no idea who they are.
Although they are small, but they play a crucial part in a bigger community. To a certain extent, without them, the entire system might not be able to function properly, or could fall apart.
Ironically, they are always being consider as "replaceable", "refillable", "the typical", or even "cheap".

"The grass over the fence is greener" the proverb seems to be sarcastic with a hope, a hope to achieve perfection. While… what is perfection? the kick starter for the project starts with a debate, a debate on a flight journey to Singapore with a Singaporean. Both of us keep complaining about our country, in all kind issues, without notice we praise each others country. Till the end of the journey, we realised that, actually our homeland is not that bad…
